- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale/clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Exchange Policy
We happily accept exchanges for size issues or wrong item received. To exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- We'll ship the new size/item after receiving the returned product
- Exchange shipping is FREE if the issue is on our end
- Customer bears return shipping cost for size exchanges
Refund Process
- UPI/Online Payment: Refund within 5–7 business days to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via UPI/bank transfer within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp when refund is processed
